So happy with this purchase! Snagged this 9x12 beauty when it was on a sale, and so glad I impulsively pulled the trigger. It definitely looks more expensive than it was, the colors are great. Wasn't too sure about the pops of magenta at first, but they've really grown on me. It's not super luxurious or densely woven, and it's a synthetic material. When the sunlight hits it, you can see the sparkle of synthetic fibers. But that's ok! It's a good value for what we paid. It feels nice under the feet, isn't super thin, and rolled out nice and flat right away. There is a slight plastic-y odor, but it's already fading as it airs out. Can't speak to the longevity of it as it just arrived, but it doesn't seem like it will shed or fall apart easily. I specifically chose this type of pattern because we are childless couch dwellers, and eat 80% of our meals at home on the sofa. It should be forgiving of any minor spills if a stain does happen.
